Convocation Ceremony
Instructions for Students and Ph.D. Students
I)
Timings for
issuing of Degree Certificate :
07.00 am to 08.00 am & 12.00 noon to 03.00 pm on 06th June 2016.
II)
Cash receipt of
convocation fees/DD Receipt/Convocation letter, Degree Code
and Identity Proof is must while obtaining degree certificate
III)
Degree Code is
made available on University Website (Please click here
for Degree Code)
IV)
Candidate will
have to remain present for
Convocation Ceremony by 08.00 am
with
invitation Card received from Degree Issuing Counter on 16st March
2015.
Student is allowed to enter the Convocation Auditorium
only with
Identity Proof.
V)
Dress Code :
For Male - White Colour
Nehru Shirt or Guru Shirt, White Colour Chust or less
bottomed pant and Uttariya
For Female - White Saree with red border, Red Colour
Blouse or Red colour Kameez,
White Colour Shalwar and Uttariya
Uttariya can be obtained by paying an amount of Rs.60/- out of
which Rs.50/- will be refunded by and fee of Rs.10/- is non-refundable
