Instructions for Gold Medalists Students

 

Date & Time : 16st March, 2015 at 10.00am

 

Venue : Umavinagar

 

I)                  Timings for reporting :

 

              08.00 am to 09.00am

               at Room No.125, Construction  Section,

               Ground Floor of Administrative Building,

              North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

 

II)           Seating Arrangement will be intimated after reporting

 

Gold Medalist Student is allowed to enter the Convocation Auditorium only with

Identity Proof and to be seated by 9.00 am

 

III)            Dress Code :

             For Male    -     White Colour Nehru Shirt or Guru Shirt, White Colour Chust or less                             

                                      bottomed pant and Uttariya

             For Female -    White Saree with red border, Red Colour Blouse or Red colour Kameez,

                                     White Colour Shalwar and Uttariya

 

IV)            Candidates are requested to bring Identity Proof and also have to submit the Gold Medal letter

 issued to them by the University.
