Convocation Ceremony

Instructions for Gold Medalists Students

Date & Time : 9^th April, 2013 at 3.30pm

Venue : Umavinagar

I) Timings for reporting :

10.00 am to 12.30pm

at Room No.125, Construction Section,

Ground Floor of Administrative Building,

North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

II) Security Pass and Seating Arrangement will be intimated after reporting

Gold Medalist Student is allowed to enter the Convocation Auditorium only with Security Pass

and Identity Proof and to be seated by 2.00hrs

III) Dress Code :

For Male - White Colour Nehru Shirt or Guru Shirt, White Colour Chust or less

bottomed pant and Uttariya

For Female - White Saree with red border, Red Colour Blouse or Red colour Kameez,

White Colour Shalwar and Uttariya

IV) Candidates are requested to bring Identity Proof and also have to submit the Gold Medal letter

issued to them by the University.
